During a three-day national conference in Tulsa, Bea LeVine, CP, FRP was presented with the Affiliate Award by the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) – the nation’s leading association for paralegals. The award recognized Bea’s contributions to the goals and programs of an affiliated association, i.e., the Paralegal Association of Florida.

For over 40 years, Bea LeVine, CP, FRP has dedicated herself to the legal industry.  She received her Certified Paralegal designation in 1988 and was most recently awarded Lifetime Honorary Membership with the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA).  At the state level, Bea serves as First Vice President of the Paralegal Association of Florida and works diligently overseeing seminars statewide. She recently developed and implemented our State’s Emeritus status for retired or disabled members. Bea received her Florida Registered Paralegal designation from The Florida Bar Association in 2008.    On a Chapter level, she has been an outstanding member of the Hillsborough Chapter since 2003 dedicating herself to the profession through her mentoring and leadership. She has served as Past President, Director, and on a variety of committees. She has been Editor of their monthly newsletter promoting education and community service opportunities since 2010. She has chaired educational seminar events, and has overseen the development of two specific scholarships funds. At a community level, Bea has served on the Advisory Council for the Paralegal Studies Program at Keiser University since 2013.  With over 27 years of service at her current employer, Bea has served on a variety of firm committees, including the Paralegal Professional Development Committee.  In her spare time, Bea has dedicated numerous pro bono and volunteer hours with various organizations in her community, including the Hillsborough County Bar Association projects, Epilepsy Services Foundation, James A. Haley Veteran’s Hospital, and community churches.
