Min Suh brings more than 20 years of immigration law practice, focusing on employment-based immigration law, including non-immigrant and immigrant work visa petitions, and permanent employment certification applications. Min assists companies in developing best practices programs in I-9 Compliance and Verification and also represents U.S. and multiglobal companies engaged in global mobilization of personnel. She believes that the value of a strong visa program results in increased employee morale and allows her clients to maintain a competitive edge in the market for global talent. Min, who speaks Korean, serves as general counsel for the International Association of Korean Lawyers.
Gregory Eck has extensive experience handling immigration matters for multinational companies, universities, religious organizations, small businesses and individuals. He helps to navigate the complex and confusing network of federal agencies and regulations. Greg guides clients through various immigrant and non-immigrant visa processes, and also file appeals, motions to reconsider and other petitions for appeal or review. He speaks Spanish and has studied in Latin America and West Africa.
